3. Double-click the switch that you want to include in the report.

4. Click Ok on the Select Switch dialog box.

Viewing reports from a schedule

1. Click the Reports icon.

2. Click the Schedule tab.

3. Click the date and time of the reports in the Last Used column.

The Last Run Reports for Schedule dialog box displays.

4. Click the name of the report you want to view from the list of reports in the schedule.

The report launches in a new browser tab. For detailed information about the default reports,
refer to

“Default reports”

on page 248.

E-mailing reports

Before you can e-mail reports, make sure that the user e-mail address is valid and you must
configure e-mail notification through the Management application Java client (refer to the User
Manual or online help).

1. From the Schedule Settings tab, click Email.

2. Enter an e-mail address in the Recipients field or click Add From Address Book to select a user

from the Management application users.

3. Enter your name in the From field.

4. Enter your e-mail address in the Reply to field.

5. Enter a description in the Subject field.

6. Enter a message in the Body field.

Sending reports to a directory

1. From the Schedule Settings tab, click Send to folder.

2. Enter the path to the directory in the Location field.

3. Test that the directory path is valid by clicking Test.

If the path is valid a check mark displays. If the path is invalid an X displays.
