Exporting report templates

You can only export a non-default report template that you previously imported. You can only export
one report template at a time.

1. Click the Reports icon.

2. Click the Templates tab.

A list of existing report templates display.

3. Select a report and click Export.

The Save dialog box displays. If you want to change the name of the report, change the name
of the file in the File Name field.

4. Browse to the location to which you want to export the report and click Save.

If a report with the same file name already exists, click Yes on the overwrite message to
overwrite the report.

When the export is complete, click OK on the successful export message.

Importing report templates

You can import external report design (.rptdesign) files into the Management application. The
report title must be unique.

1. Click the Reports icon.

2. Click the Templates tab.

A list of existing report templates display.

3. Click Import.

The Open dialog box displays.

4. Browse to the location from which you want to import the report and click Open.

If the report title already exists in the web client or the report title is black, import fails.

During import report file names are renamed using the following format:
file_name-time_stamp.

Sharing report templates

You can only share reports that you import. You can only share a non-default report template that
you previously imported.

1. Click the Reports icon.

2. Click the Templates tab.

A list of existing report templates display.

3. Select one or more reports that you want to share and click Share.
