another QC file Yes . The QC File screen reappears. Continue with step 2.

setup function or press Exit Menu to return to the Ready
screen.

Setup (ranges) screen Cancel . The cursor returns to the last field you
completed.
If you press Menu before you press Done in the QC File Setup screen, a
message appears prompting you to save your changes.

save the changes Yes . The Menu screen appears.
delete the changes No . The Menu screen appears. No changes are saved.
return to the
screen Cancel .
The cursor returns to the last field you completed.
If you scan an incorrect bar code, the Unexpected Bar code message box
appears. Press
OK and then scan the correct bar code.
If you press Done before completing all text fields in a row, the Incomplete
Data Entry message appears. Press
OK and complete the required fields.
