The Action menu is located to the right of the Access Account Info pane, and offers the following

actions:

Refresh—Click the link to refresh the Guest Details page.

Delete—Click Delete. A confirmation dialog box appears. Click OK to delete the guest.

Send Password via SMS—Click the link to send an SMS message that contains the password of
the guest account, so the guest can retrieve the password. To use this function, first configure the
SMS settings in the UAM system configuration. For more information, see "

Configuring SMS

."

Add to Blacklist—This link appears only when the guest is not blacklisted. Click the Add to
Blacklist link. A confirmation dialog box appears. Click OK to add the guest to the blacklist.

Release from Blacklist—This field appears only when the guest is blacklisted. Click the Release
from Blacklist link. A confirmation dialog box appears. Click OK to release the guest from the

blacklist.

Authentication Failure Log—Click the link to view the list of authentication failure logs for the
guest. For more information about the authentication failure logs, see "

."

Access Details—Click the link to view the list of access details for the guest. For more information
about access details, see "

Basic User Info—Click the link to view detailed information about the guest.

Click Back to return to the guest list page.

Deleting guests

1.

Access the guest list page.

2.

Select one or more guests you want to delete.

3.

Click Delete.
A confirmation dialog box appears.

4.

Click OK.

Regrouping guests

1.

Access the guest list page.

2.

Select one or more guests you want to regroup.

3.

Click Regroup.

4.

Select the user group to which you want to assign the selected guests.

5.

Click OK.

Adding guests to the blacklist on the guest list page

A blacklisted guest cannot pass authentication for network access. For more information about the

blacklist, see "

Managing blacklisted users

."

To add guests to the blacklist on the guest list page:

1.

Access the guest list page.

2.

Select one or more guests you want to add to the blacklist.

3.

Click Add to Blacklist.
A confirmation dialog box appears.

4.

Click OK.
