0 READY: Positioning program ready

to start/program end reached.

1 RUN: Positioning program is

running.

2 PAUSE: Current step interrupted,

break is active.

3 BREAK: Positioning program

interrupted.

4 RESET: Positioning program reset.

Sequence control: Control word

• Bit coded code for controlling the

sequencer by a PC or a master

control via parameter channel.

• By setting a bit to "1", the

respective function is activated.
