ATTENTION: Brake control should not be directly released by

the E--Stop status relay (or your customer supplied E--Stop

control relay). Brakes should only be released by the PAL logic

when it has determined that the 9/440 resolver--based control is

in full control of the servo motors and the control is out of

E--Stop. See the description of the PAL flag $PFLT.15 for detail

on how to test drive status.
