electromagnetic noise. If there is no electric conductivity between the
metallic conduit and the frame or the cabinet, connect them using a
conductor.
Important: Run cables carrying weak signals inside metallic conduit
whenever possible. Do not use the metallic conduit as the grounding
connection for the frame or the cabinet. Use an exclusive conductor for
grounding.

To prevent noise in the ac power line on the power receiving side
(controller side), connect a filter or transformer as shown in Figure 7C.3.
