RS-232 sends and receives the signal codes in Table 8.A to and from the
control. The control is a data communication equipment (DCE) device.

4 RS Request To Send Input The peripheral turns this line “ON”to
request the control send it data.
5 CS Clear To Send Output The control turns this line “ON”to
request the peripheral send it data
6 1 DSR Data Set Ready Output The control turns this line “ON”when
power to the control is applied.
7 GND Signal Ground -- Signal Line Ground
