DESCRIPTION: The driver issued a FLOGI, but never received any completion with
the timeout period. The driver is marking the FLOGI as failed and stops discovery.

ACTION: Check your Fabric to ensure it is operating correctly. Contact Emulex
technical support if issues persist.
elx_mes2860: SLI authentication is required for INIT_LINK but has not been
done yet
