Notes on Supported Commands

The Config, DirectDownload, DmaTest, and postTest commands are not
supported by 16-Gb adapters.

The download command does not support a= <adapter name> with UCNAs
and the LPe16000 family of adapters.

DmaTest is supported on OneConnect adapters only.
PersonalityInfo and changePersonality are supported on OCe10100 and
OCe11100 series adapters only.

VPD is not supported for OCe10100 NIC functions.
