8. Level Sets
Creating a Level Set
How to Create a Level Set
Use the ‘Add Level Set’ Wizard or ‘Level Sets’ page.
1 Launch NV9000-SE. (See Launching and Exiting the Application on page 12.)
2 From the Navigation area, select the ‘Tasks’ pane and then ‘Add Level Set’.
Or
From the Navigation area, select the ‘Configuration’ pane and then ‘Level Sets’. The ‘Level
Sets’ page displays. On the ‘Level Sets’ page, click
Add Level Set .
The ‘Add Level Set’ page appears:

3 Enter a ‘Name’ for the level set in the field provided and:
Click Next . The ‘Level Set Details’ page appears, as shown in Figure 8-2.

to save the new level set name in the system. The fields are cleared so that another
level set can be added immediately. The level set name is saved, but no virtual and physical lev-
els are defined. To define levels, locate the level set and perform steps 4 through 8 as described
in this procedure. (See
