Using Global Suffix Pages
3 Locate the control panel with the word “Suffix” appended, which denotes a Global Suffix page.
Click anywhere in the row and then
Edit Selected Control Panels
. The Global Suffix page editor
appears displaying current Global Page details, as shown in Figure 10-13.

4 Select a button in the ‘Button Layout’ section.
5 In the ‘Button Type’ section, select ‘Category’. The ‘Suffix’ field appears.
6 From the ‘Suffix’ drop-down list, select a suffix.
7 Repeat steps 5 through 7 until all suffixes you want have been assigned.
8 In the ‘Button Layout’ section, update buttons and button definitions. Remember that a Global
Suffix page must have a
Back
button.
To update a button definition, do the following:
a Select a blank button and then in the ‘Button Definitions’ section, select a definition for the
button from the drop-down list. The button definition appears on the selected button in the
‘Button Layout’ section.
b Choose the ‘Button Color’ from the drop-down list.
c Select a button function from the ‘Button Type’ drop-down list. (See options below.)
d Enter up to 8 characters in each ‘Button Caption’ field. The top field appears as the top line
of text on the button, the next field, the second line of text, and the bottom field as the third
line of text.
