11. Control Panels

Adding a Control Panel

NV9602

The ‘NV9602’ page determines how the NV9602 control panel functions and displays. For a full
description of the control panel and functions, see

NV9602

on page 519.

The ‘NV9602’ page is divided into sections:

• Button Layout

A graphic representation of the control panel. Click on a button to assign a

function to it. The right-most buttons are normally used as up/down buttons and there are two
arrows silk-screened to the right of these buttons. Do not place a menu function on these but-
tons.

• Button Definitions

Assigns a function to the currently selected button in the ‘Button Layout’

field. The options available as definitions change depending on the options selected in the
‘Panel Options’ section.

• Panel Options

Specifies control panel behavior, such as default modes.

The control panel options, button layout and button definitions are configured using the ‘NV9602’
page. When saved, the configurations are communicated to the physical control panel and appear to
the operator using the control panel.
