Updating Salvo Information

The list is automatically reduced to display only salvos matching that character string.

Figure 15-9. Salvo List Details Table

Each row lists a single salvo list (folder) and a single salvo. If a salvo list contains more than
one salvo, the list is listed on a separate row with that salvo.

Updating Salvo Information

Salvo and salvo list (folder) information can be updated at any time. This information is stored in
the database in the ‘Salvos’, ‘Salvo List’ and ‘Salvo Details’ tables. Each table, accessed through
the ‘Views’ pane, enables you to quickly and easily update a specific piece of information. Because
interfaces in the NV9000-SE share databases, changes in one interface, such as a page, appear in all
corresponding fields in all related interfaces, such as a table.

Salvo lists (folders) and filepaths are created at the time the salvo is added to the NV9000-SE sys-
tem.

It is recommended that salvos be updated off-line. That ensures that all settings are correct before
you go “live”. NV9000-SE saves all configuration changes to the database. Once changes are
saved, there is no “undo” function; the configuration is permanently altered. To implement saved
configuration changes, the changes must be written to the NV9000 system controller for dispersal
to connected routers. For information on implementing changes, see
