Updating EC9700/EC9710 Panel Details
EC9700/EC9710 control panel information can be updated and configured at any time. Once
changes are saved, there is no “undo” function; the configuration is permanently altered. To imple-
ment saved configuration changes, the changes must be written to the NV9000 system controller
for dispersal to connected routers. For information on implementing changes, see

fers from control panel to control panel. For a full explanation of each section, and how to enter
updated information, refer to the procedure for adding that control panel. Each section is discussed
in detail in each procedure.
Different NV9000-SE interfaces perform specific tasks, as follow:
Changing the Associated User Name
User names are defined when a EC9700/EC9710 control panel is added to the NV9000-SE system.
The user name assigned to a control panel can be updated at any time using the ‘GUIs’ table
accessed through the ‘Views’ pane.
Users are added and updated in the system using the ‘Users’ table accessed through the ‘Views’
