19. Managing User Names
Locating a User Name
All users currently defined in the system are listed. To narrow the list, enter the first characters
of the user’s name in the ‘Name Filter’ field. The list is automatically reduced to display only
users matching that character string.

3 Click
Add
. A blank row appears.
4 In the blank row, click in the ‘User Name’ column to activate it and enter a name. Do not use
any punctuation marks or symbols.
5 Click
Save
. The user is saved to the system.
6 Click
X
on the window title tab to close the table.
Locating a User Name
The ‘Users’ table accessed through the ‘Views’ pane, lists all users in one convenient location.

2 From the Navigation area, select the ‘Views’ pane and then ‘Users’. The ‘Users’ table appears,
as shown in Figure 19-3.
