8. Level Sets
Updating Level Sets
You can only associate a free source from a list of devices that have been defined as belonging to
that level set. To enter a free source in a level set, you must first create the level set, then define a
list of devices associated with that level set, and then return to the level set and select a device as
the free source from the list of devices defined. (See
Devices on page 157.)
How to Update the Free Source Associated with a Virtual Level
Use the ‘Level Sets’ page.
1 Launch NV9000-SE. (See Launching and Exiting the Application on page 12.)
2 From the Navigation area, select the ‘Configuration’ pane and then ‘Level Sets’. The ‘Level
Sets’ page appears, as shown in Figure 8-25.
To narrow the list of level sets that display, enter the first characters of a level set name in the
‘Name Filter’ field. The list is automatically reduced to display only level sets matching that
character string.
