Updating Salvo Information

Different NV9000-SE interfaces perform specific tasks, as follow:

Changing a Salvo Name or Description

It is important that salvo names are unique and descriptive in order to avoid confusion. Once
changed, the new salvo name populates all instances of that name throughout the system.

Salvo names can be changed using the ‘Salvos’ table or ‘Salvo List’ table accessed through the
‘Views’ pane. Descriptions can only be changed using the ‘Salvos’ table.

How to Change a Salvo Name Using the ‘Salvos’ or ‘Salvo List’ Table

1 Launch NV9000-SE. (See

Launching and Exiting the Application

on page 12.)

2 From the Navigation area, select the ‘Views’ pane and then ‘Salvos’. The ‘Salvos’ table

appears, as shown in Figure 15-10.

Or

From the Navigation area, select the ‘Views’ pane and then ‘Salvo List’. The ‘Salvo List’ table
appears, as shown in Figure 15-11.

To narrow the list of salvos that display, enter the first characters of a salvo name in the ‘Mne-
monic Filter’ field. The list is automatically reduced to display only salvos matching that char-
acter string.
