11. Control Panels

Adding a Control Panel

‘User Selectable’ allows the operator to select the device (using the selection buttons) and
preset a new source. Uncheck the ‘User Selectable’ if check box if the destination is to be
“view only.” In view-only mode, the user cannot route to the destination, but other control
panels may.

d Select a ‘Destination’ from the drop-down list and click

OK

. The destination displays on the

selected line in the control panel window.

e Click

OK

to close the dialog box and save your changes.

Or
Click

Cancel

to close the dialog box without saving changes.

f Repeat steps b through e until all destinations you want are listed.

g To remove a destination, select the line in the window and click

Delete Entry

on the dialog

box.

6 Set up salvos as needed. For information about salvos, see

Salvos

on page 431:

a Right-click in the control panel window if “Salvo Display” does not appear, as shown here:

b Click on a line in the window to select it. Click

Page Up

to view additional lines. The win-

dow displays 8 lines at a time. The ‘Salvo Display Entry’ dialog box appears:

c Choose a salvo from the drop-down menu and click

OK

. The salvo displays on the selected

line in the control panel window and the dialog box closes.

Cancel

to close the dialog box without saving changes.

d Repeat steps b and c until all salvos you want to add display in the window.

e To remove a salvo, select the line in the window and click

Delete Entry

on the dialog box.

7 Click

Save

.

Or
To revert to the previously saved configuration, click

Revert to Saved

.

8 Click

X

on the window title tab to close the page.
