User-Programmable ID

When checked, the Panel ID can be changed
locally at the control panel itself. When
unchecked, ID numbers can only be changed

by first entering the system PIN locally at
the control surface to temporarily enable ID
changes.

Source Master Default

Makes the source the controlling (or
“master”) device permanently. By default,
‘destination is master’ is selected. (This

option is specifically for use with a Miranda
data router or port switch.)
“Source is master” is used for duplication, or

broadcast routing, on the control level.
“Destination is master” is for machine-to-
machine editing.
Note: “Source is master” mode reverses the
direction of data routing for devices used in
data (control) level "takes".
Note: If ‘Source Master Default’ is selected,
the Source Master button will not switch to
“destination is master” mode when pressed.

Hide sources not configured for this
panel

Hides name of all source devices that are not
presently configured. The control panel
displays asterisks instead.

Return All Level After Take and
Timeout

When a level has been selected in Level
Mode, the level indicated in ‘Info’ returns to
‘All Level’ after the a “take” or “breakaway”

is performed on this level and the time set in
system parameters for a time out has passed
(PANEL_PRESET_TIMEOUT). By default,

the level display returns to ‘All Level’
immediately after a “take” or “breakaway”.
By default, the time out is set to 30 seconds.
This feature allows consecutive “takes” on a
level without having to go into Level mode
and reset the level between “takes”. The

timeout also ensures that the panel reverts to
the ‘All Levels’ state after a period of
inactivity.

Use Continuous Scrolling

If checked, the panel scrolls source or
destination devices continuously. That is, the
display shows the first device in the list

following the last when scrolling up, and
shows the last device after the first if
scrolling down.
If unchecked, the panel stops scrolling when
it reaches either the beginning or end of the
list.
This option does not affect scrolling of

salvos when the panel is in salvo mode or
levels when the panel is in level mode.
