Updating Categories
How to Add a Suffix Using the ‘Suffixes’ Table
1 Launch NV9000-SE. (See Launching and Exiting the Application on page 12.)
2 From the Navigation area, select the ‘Views’ pane and then ‘Suffixes’. The ‘Suffixes’ table
appears:

3 Click
Add
. A blank row is added to the list of suffixes.
4 In the blank row, in the ‘Name’ column, click in the field to activate it and enter a suffix name.
For more information on suffixes, see Using Categories and Suffixes on page 190.
5 Click Save .

To revert to the previously saved configuration, click
Revert to Saved
.
6 Click
X
on the window title tab to close the table.
7 (Optional) Add the suffix to categories. (See Adding Suffixes to Categories on page 195.)
Removing Suffixes
Suffixes are removed globally. Suffixes cannot be removed from categories on an individual basis.
When a suffix is removed, the associated display on the control panel is also removed.
Suffixes are removed using the ‘Suffixes’ table accessed through the ‘Views’ pane.
