Locating and Viewing Existing External Interfaces
Locating and Viewing Existing External Interfaces
Depending on the information you want to view, different pages or tables present different external
interface details. Pages are accessed through the ‘Configuration’ pane, while tables are accessed
through the ‘Views’ pane:
• The ‘External Interfaces’ page displays all current details for a single external interface.
• The ‘Apps’ table lists all external interfaces in a simple format: one external interface per row.
How to Locate and View Existing External Interfaces
Use the ‘External Interfaces’ page.

2 From the Navigation area, select the ‘Configuration’ pane and then ‘External Interfaces’. The
‘External Interfaces’ page displays, as shown in Figure 14-5. All external interfaces currently
defined in the system are listed.
To narrow the list, enter the first characters of the application’s name in the ‘Name Filter’ field.
And/Or
Enter the first characters of the type of application in the ‘Type Filter’ field.
The list is automatically reduced to display only external interfaces matching that character
string.

3 Double-click on a single row to open details for that external interface.
Or
Click anywhere in the row listing the external interface being viewed. Use the ‘Shift’ or ‘Ctrl’
key on your keyboard to select multiple external interfaces. Each external interface opens in a
separate tabbed window. Click the tab to bring that window forward.
