Updating External Interface Information
3 Locate the row listing the external device being updated.
4 Click on the ‘Name’ field to activate it and enter a new name.

Save

To revert to previously saved configuration, click
Revert to Saved

Updating External Interface Parameters
Parameters enable special features that the external application supports. External interface param-
eters can be changed using the ‘External Interfaces’ page accessed through the ‘Configuration’
pane.
How to Update External Interface Parameters
1 Launch NV9000-SE. (See
Launching and Exiting the Application
2 From the Navigation area, select the ‘Configuration’ pane and then ‘External Interfaces’. The
‘External Interfaces’ page displays, as shown in Figure 14-12.
To narrow the list, enter the first characters of the application’s name in the ‘Name Filter’ field.
And/Or
Enter the first characters of the type of application in the ‘Type Filter’ field.
The list is automatically reduced to display only external interfaces matching that character
string.
