Function
This parameter is used for mill and surface grinder controls only. It
specifies the maximum number of digits that are permitted to the left and
to the right of the decimal point in the F-word format. This parameter
specifies the format of an F-word that is used to program a feedrate in
inverse time feed mode (minutes per move).
