When you modify AMP using patch AMP you are editing a copy of AMP
that is in volatile memory (maintained by a supercap or lithium battery).
Once you have completed all of your modifications to AMP you should
write AMP to flash memory. Flash memory is a non-volatile area of
memory (maintains AMP even if supercap or lithium battery loses its
charge).
To save a copy of your AMP changes off of the control we recommend
backing up your final AMP configuration by uploading to your ODS
workstation.
