Entering or editing tools:
U Select “Head > Turret assignment.” The editor moves
the cursor to the TURRET section.
Entering a tool:
U Position the cursor.
U Press the INS key. The editor opens the Tool dialog
box.
U Edit the Tool dialog box
Editing the tool data:
U Position the cursor on the entry to be edited.
U Press RETURN or double-click with the left mouse key
U Edit the Tool dialog box.
Turret assignment from the tool database
From the Tool dialog box you have direct access to the database. You
load the tool ID number.
U Press the soft key. The entries are listed sorted by tool
type.
U Press the soft key. The entries are listed sorted by tool
ID number.
U Place the cursor on the tool to be loaded.
U Press RETURN to load the ID number in the Tool
dialog box
Edit the tool data
U Press the soft key. The CNC PILOT provides the data
of the tool shown in the Tool dialog box for editing.
