Special maintenance action lists
Call lists according to the “Type” or “Status” of maintenance actions:
U Switch to the soft-key row “Type/status of actions”.
U Call the “All repair actions” list or another special list
(see soft-key table).
U Return to the general maintenance system.
Call the list of acknowledged maintenance actions:
U Call the “Acknowledged actions” list.
The entries in the Acknowledged actions list have the
following meanings:
„ Type:
„ Symbol: see the “Type of maintenance action” table
„ “+”: action acknowledged
„ Action: Designation of the maintenance action
„ Acknowledgment Through: Name of the acknowledger
Acknowledgment On: Date of the acknowledgment
„ At: Time point “Maintenance action is due” (t2)
„ Comment of the acknowledger
“Type of maintenance actions” soft keys
All repair actions
All maintenance actions
All inspection actions
All cleaning actions
“Status of maintenance actions” soft keys
Pending maintenance actions
Due and overdue maintenance
actions
