Editing structure templates
U Log in as “System Manager”
U Select “Prog > Load > Template” in the main menu.
U Choose Vorlagex from the template list.
U Edit the template using the free editing function and then save.
Help graphics for structure templates
Help graphics illustrate the transfer parameters of structure
templates. The CNC PILOT places the help graphics to the left next to
the dialog box.
The help graphic is named after the template it illustrates. If you
append an underscore _ and the input field name to the name of the
help graphic, the CNC PILOT will display a separate graphic for that
input field. If no separate help graphic exists for an input field, the
graphic for the template will be displayed (if available).
Graphic format:
„ BMP graphics
„ Size 410x324 pixels
You integrate help graphics for templates as follows:
U Give the help graphic the name of the template (followed by the
entry field name, if applicable) and the extension “.ico”.
U Transfer the help graphics to the Data directory (on DataPilot to the
machine-dependent Data directory).
U Copy the file UpHelp.res and give the copy the name of the help
graphic and the extension .res. This file is likewise in the Data
directory. (One res file must be provided for each graphic file.)
Template menu
Template menu: The last level of the template menu is defined using
the language dependent fixed-word list “...”. Enter the menu text for
templates 1 to 9 in this fixed-word list.
