3. Run Preparation Complete State
In this state, zero-point setting is complete, the absolute encoder func-
tions, and normal operation is possible.
4. Standby Mode
This state detects machine motion while the power is OFF. Data is
modified and updated by the turning of the absolute encoder.
At this time, the battery is the power source for the absolute encoder.
