7. The axis executes the fast feed operation by a designated motion

parameter.

It is not possible to HOLD set speed feed.

8. Set NOP (= 0) into the motion commands (OWC020) to stop (abort) set

speed feed.

The positioning completion signal POSCOMP (bit D of IWC000) will
be ON upon entering the positioning completion range (OWC00E) fol-
lowing feed completion (bit 2 of IWC015 is ON).
