below.
Note: The x indicates the output transistor is OFF (alarm state).

Cause Remedy
A The servo motor usage environ-
ment is too hot. Lower the ambient temperature of the
servo motor to less than 40ºC.
B Running above rated load. Lighten the load.
C Circuit board (1PWB) defective. Replace servo amplifier.
D Encoder defective. Replace servo motor.
