16 NMIFL 0 R/(W) NMI Flag (NMI Interrupt Request Detection)
Indicates whether an NMI interrupt request signal has
been detected. This bit is automatically set to 1 when
the INTC detects an NMI interrupt request. Write 0 to
clear the bit. Writing 1 to this bit has no effect.

1: NMI has been detected
0: NMI has not been detected
[When written]
0: Clears the NMI flag
1: No effect
15 to 0 — All 0 R Reserved
These bits are always read as 0. The write value
should always be 0.
