00: Selects the color palette 1

7 PnDC 0 R/W Yes Plane n Display Area Change
Controls switching of the frame buffer in manual
display change mode.
0: In manual display change mode, switching of
the frame buffer for display is not performed.
1: In manual display change mode, switching of
the frame buffer for display is performed.
When the PnDC bit is 0, bit setting is possible.
Switching is performed in frame units.
After frame buffer switching (after vertical
blanking detection), this bit is cleared to 0.
