Reset

The PCI Express specification defines three distinct types of reset: cold, warm, and hot.
The fundamental reset that occurs following initial power on is considered a hot reset.

The assertion of the PRST# or WARM_RST# pins are considered warm resets. The

receipt of the inband reset training sequence is considered a hot reset.
Sticky bits are preserved under the WARM_RST# and inband hot reset conditions.
