The self-service account permissions are used for the SOM self-service platform.
When only User Selfservice Management component is deployed, no permission is displayed.
When the Guess Access Management or SOM component is deployed, relevant permissions are
displayed. Operators can select the permissions for the self-service account. The permissions

configuration applies to all imported users.

Click Preview to launch the Preview Import Result window.
Check whether the import result is as expected.

Click Close to the return to the Import Users page.

Click OK to start importing users to IMC.
After the import is complete, the operation result page appears, showing the total number of
imported rows, number of successfully imported users, and number users failed to be imported.

Click Back to return to the Import Users page.

User additional information

By default, the user management module defines some basic properties for users, such as user name and

identity number. Operators can also customize additional information for users as needed. When the

additional information is configured, IMC requires the operator to provide the specified additional

information for a user when the user is added, and displays the information on the Basic User
Information page.
In addition, IMC also automatically adds the newly added additional information entry with the default

value to all existing users. Operators can modify the additional information for users one by one on the

Basic User Information page, or in batches by using the batch modify additional information option
provided on the Batch User Operations page. For more information, see "

Viewing the additional information list

To view the additional information list:

1.

Navigate to Users > Additional Information:

a.

Click the User tab from the tabular navigation system on the top.

b.

Click User Management on the navigation tree on the left.

c.

Click Additional Information under User Management from the navigation system on the left.
IMC displays all additional information fields in the Additional Information List displayed in the

main pane of the Additional Information page.

Additional Information List

Field Name: Contains the name of the additional information field.

Field Type: Contains the type of the additional information field. Field types include Integer,
Number up to 5 decimal digits, Alphanumeric characters and {-_.@} only, Any Characters, and

Value selected from the option list.

Field Property: Contains the property of the additional information field, Cannot Be Null or Can Be
Null.

{

Cannot Be Null indicates the additional information field is required.
