Click Performance View under Performance Management from the navigation system on the

left.

The Performance View page displays with the Performance View List populated.

2.

Click the name link of the TopN performance view to enter the Performance View window.
By default, this window displays the Top5 monitor instances of the monitor index CPU Usage TopN
within the last one hour.

3.

Select Last Hour, Today, Yesterday, This Week, Last Week, This Month, Last Month, This Year or
Last Year on top of the window to view the performance data in a specified time.

4.

To view the monitor instances of a specified monitor index, select the monitor index from the
dropdown list in the upper right of the window. The monitor instances depend on its monitor index

in the monitor settings.

5.

Click the

link in the upper right of the window.

The popup window Set appears.

6.

Select the number of monitor instances:

a.

Select the number of monitor instances as needed from the TopN list.
If you select Custom from the TopN list, you can enter a number in Custom TopN.

b.

Click OK.

7.

Click the name link of an instance.
The popup window Performance Data appears and you can view the trend chart of the
performance data of the monitor instance.

8.

Select a time range for a monitor instance by using one of the following methods:
Select Last Hour, Today, Yesterday, This Week, Last Week, This Month, Last Month, This Year, or

Last Year on top of the window to view the trend chart of the performance data within a specified
time.
Select Custom on top of the Monitoring Data Statistics window to view the performance data within
a customized time.
If you select Custom, click the field to the right of From to define the begin date and click the field
to the right of To to define the end date in the form of YYYY:MM:DD hh:mm, and then click Query

to view the performance data within a customized time.

9.

Close the Performance Data window to return to the Performance View window.

10.

Click the

link in the upper right of the window to view the performance data report. For more

Viewing monitor instances in a performance view at a glance

1.

Navigate to Resource > Performance View:

a.

Click the Resource tab from the tabular navigation system on the top.

b.

Click the Performance Management link on the navigation tree on the left.

c.

Click Performance View under Performance Management from the navigation system on the
left.
The Performance View page displays with the Performance View List populated.

2.

Navigate to the folder that contains the performance view you want to view.

3.

Click Instance N (N is the number of instances) in the Monitoring Instance/Sate list in the Trend Line,
Data Grid, or At a Glance performance view.
