To add an object to the Selected Objects list, select the object in the object list and click

.

To add all searched objects to the Selected Objects list, click

. The selected objects

cannot exceed 10. Otherwise, the Bind button is grayed out.

To remove an object from the Selected Objects list, select the object in the Selected Objects list and
click .

To remove all objects from the Selected Objects list, click

.

Click Bind.

Click OK.

Click Save Configuration .

To change the map used in the Regional Map widget:

1.

Navigate to the view configuration window:

a.

Point to the icon link located at the top of the left navigation tree.
A list of predefined and user-defined favorites appears.

b.

Point to the Display Tiling folder option.
The popup list appears.

c.

Click

Configuration in the popup list.

The view configuration window appears.

2.

Drag the Regional Map widget from the widget area to the panel.

3.

Right-click the Regional Map widget and then select Parameter Configuration from the shortcut
menu.
The Regional Map Configuration window appears.

4.

Right-click a blank area in the widget and then select an option from the shortcut menu to complete

one of the following actions:
Using a preloaded map

a.

Select Select Background from the shortcut menu.
The Select Background window appears.

b.

Select a map from the Default Background list. Options include China and Beijing.

c.

Click OK.

Using a custom map

d.

Select Upload Background from the shortcut menu.
The Upload Background window appears.

e.

Click Select File and then select an XML map file.

f.

Click OK.

Configuring global display settings

g.

Select Global Configuration from the shortcut menu.
The Global Configuration window appears.

h.

Select Display Labels.
With this option selected, the widget displays the name label of each region on the map.
Otherwise, the name labels are hidden.
