can view all the operations performed by the guest access operator, and the time and result of each
operation.
• Modify: Contains a link for entering the page for modifying the guest access operator.
• Delete: Contains a link for deleting the guest access operator.
3. Click 8, 15, 50, 100, or 200 from the right side of the main pane to configure how many items per
page you want to view.
4. Click the Login Name or User Name column label to sort the Guest Access Operator List by the
selected field. The column label is a toggle switch that lets you toggle between the various sort
options specific to each field.
Querying guest access operators
To query guest access operators:
1. Navigate to Users > Guest Access Operator.
a. Click the User tab from the tabular navigation system on the top, and click Guest Access
Manager on the navigation tree on the left.
b. Click Guest Access Operator under Guest Access Manager from the navigation system on the
left.
The Guest Access Operator page appears.
2. Enter a login name in the upper right corner of the Guest Access Operator List, and click the Search
icon . Or
3. Click the Advanced icon located in the upper right corner of the Guest Access Operator List.
Specify one or more of the following query criteria:

Login Name: Enter a login name in the Login Name field. This field supports fuzzy matching.

User Name: Enter a username in the User Name field. This field supports fuzzy matching.

Description: Enter a description in the Description field. This field supports fuzzy matching.
4. Click Query to submit your query criteria. The results of your query display on the page.
5. Click Reset to clear your query criteria and to restore the full list of guest access operators.
Viewing the guest access operator details
To view the guest access operator details:
1. Navigate to Users > Guest Access Operator.
a. Click the User tab from the tabular navigation system on the top, and click Guest Access
Manager on the navigation tree on the left.
b. Click Guest Access Operator under Guest Access Manager from the navigation system on the
left.
The Guest Access Operator page appears.
2. Click the Login Name link of a guest access operator to enter the View Guess Access Operator Info
page.
Basic Information
• User Name: Username of the guest access operator.
• Login Name: Name that the guest access operator uses to log in to the guest access self-service
system.
• Password: Password for the login name.
