Description: Description of the guest access operator.

An administrator?: Indicates whether the guest access operator is the administrator of the guest
access self-service system. The administrator here refers to the administrator of GAM. If Yes is
selected, the operator can view the guest accounts created by all guest access operators in the

guest access self-service system, and view the online operators in the guest access self-service

system. If No is selected, the operator can view only the guest accounts created by himself, and

cannot view the online operators in the guest access self-service system.

The Guest Access User Groups to be Managed area displays the guest access user group that the

guest access operator can manage.
List of Guest Access User Groups

Group Name: Name of the guest access user group.

Description: Description of the guest access user group.

Number of Devices: Number of access devices set for the guest access user group. The guest users
in the guest access user group can access the network through only the specified access devices,

and the privilege of these guest users is restricted by the device user group.

The Login Control List area displays the default access control rule and the login control list of the
operator. Through the default access control rule and the login control list, the position or area

where the guest access operator can access the network can be controlled.

Default Access Control Rule: Indicates whether a guest access operator is allowed to access the
network by default. If Permit is selected, the guest access operator can access the network when the

guest access operator accesses the work through an area or terminal out of the login control list. If

Deny is selected, the guest access operator cannot access the network when the guest access
operator accesses the network through an area or terminal out of the login control list.
Login Control List

Start IP: Start IP address of the control list.

End IP: End IP address of the control list.

Action: Indicates whether a guest access operator is permitted to access the network when the

guest access operator accesses the network through a terminal whose IP address is in the specified
IP address range. Permit means allowing access to the network. Deny means denying access to the

network.

Adding a guest access operator

IMC operators can configure the users in the user management module as guest access operators.
The login name of a guest access operator can be different from the username in the user
management module. After you specify a user as a guest access operator, the guest access

operator can log in to the guest access self-service system to manage guest users.
To add a guest access operator:

1.

Navigate to Users > Guest Access Operator.

Click the User tab from the tabular navigation system on the top.

b.

Click Guest Access Manager on the navigation tree on the left.

c.

Click Guest Access Operator under Guest Access Manager from the navigation system on the
left.
The Guest Access Operator page appears.
