User Name: Select the corresponding column from the list that contains the user names. This

parameter must be imported from the text file.

Identity Number: Select the corresponding column from the list that contains user identity
numbers. This parameter must be imported from the text file.

Contact Address: Select the corresponding column from the list that contains the user contact
addresses. Or select Do not select from the file and then enter a contact address. The contract

address you entered applies to all imported users.

Telephone Number: Select the corresponding column from the list that contains user telephone
numbers. Or select Do not select from the file and then enter a telephone number. The

telephone number you entered applies to all imported users.

Email: Select the corresponding column from the list that contains user email addresses. Or

select Do not select from the file and then enter an email address. The email address you
entered applies to all imported users.

User Group: Select a user group from the list that you want to assign the imported users to. A
user group specifies the users that an IMC operator can manage. For more information, see

"

User groups

." The default user group is Ungrouped. All users not belonging to any user group

are added to Ungrouped. This parameter cannot be imported from the import file.

If additional information is configured, relevant parameters are displayed. Select the

corresponding column from the list that contains user additional information. Or select Do not
select from the file and enter the setting manually. The setting you entered applies to all imported

users.

Select whether or not to open an account for imported users.
The self-service account is used for the SOM self-service platform.
If the Open Account setting is not required, clear the Open Account box, and skip to Step 10. If the
Open Account setting is required, perform the following:

Account Name: Select the corresponding column from the list that contains the self-service
account names. This parameter must be imported from the text file.

Password: Select the corresponding column from the list that contains the self-service account
passwords. This parameter must be imported from the text file.

8.

Specify account groups.
Self-service accounts are assigned to various account groups with different rights. If you specify an
account group, all imported users are assigned to the group.
To select an account group:

a.

Click Add to launch the Select Account Group window.
By default, no account group is displayed on the account group list.

b.

Enter the account group query criteria, group name or description, and click Query. All
matching entries are displayed in the account group list.
If you click Query without entering a query criterion, all account groups are displayed.
Click Clear Results to clear the query criteria, and no account group is displayed.

c.

Select an account group, or click the box next to the Group Name field to select all account
groups, and then click OK.
All selected account groups are displayed in the Account Groups area.

d.

Click the remove icon of an account group to delete the account group.

Configure permissions for the self-service account.
