Click Back to return to the guest account list page.
Online operator
A guest access operator can view the online operators of the guest access self-service system only when
he is a GAM administrator. To view online operators:
1.
Navigate to Services > Online Operator.

Click Online Operator in the main pane of the homepage to enter the page showing the online
operators.
Alternatively:

Click Service List in the navigation tree on the left to expand the service list.
c.
Click Online Operator under Service List to enter the page displaying online operators.
2.
IMC displays all online operators in the Online Operators.
•
Username: Login name of the guest access operator.
•
Session ID: ID of the session between the guest access operator and the guest access self-service
system.
•
Login Time: Time when the guest access operator logs in this time.
•
Login IP: IP address that the guest access operator uses to log in to the guest access self-service
system.
3.
Click Refresh to refresh the Online operators.
Modifying the password
A guest access operator can modify only his own password.
To modify the password:
1.
Navigate to Services > Modify Password.

Click Modify Password in the main pane of the homepage to enter the page for modifying the
password.
Alternatively:

Click Service List in the navigation tree on the left to expand the service list.
c.
Click Modify Password under Service List to enter the page for modifying the password.
2.
Enter the current password of the guest access operator in the Old Password input box.
3.
Enter a new password in the New Password input box.
4.
Enter the new password again in the Confirm New Password input box.
5.
Click OK to modify the password. When the guest access operator logs in to the guest access
self-service system the next time, the new password must be used.
