If you want to define a software file as the baseline for one or more device models, select Device
Model. The Select the baseline software and device model page appears.
The Device Software field is populated by the software file name you selected in Step 2.

Do one of the following:

If you want to select another software file, click Select located to the right of the Device Software
field.

If you want to use the current software file, go to Step 8.

After clicking Select, the Select Software dialog box appears.

Click the radio button to the left of the software file you want to establish as a baseline.
7.
Click OK.
8.
Do one of the following:

If you have selected Single Device in Step 3, go to Step 9.
{
If you have selected Device Model in Step 3, go to Step 10.

Select the devices on which you want to establish a baseline by using the software file you have
selected:
a.
Click Select Device.
The Select Device dialog box appears.
b.
Add devices by using either the View or Advanced query option. For more information, see
"
Adding devices by Advanced query
All selected devices are displayed in the Select Device area. The list displays the following
information:

Device Name—Label of the device.
−
Device Model—Model of the device.
−
Device Model Check—Check result of whether or not the software file matches the device
model. The Identical indicates that the software file matches the device model and you
can perform a baseline on the device.

Existing Baseline Software—Existing baseline software on the device. To remove baseline
from baseline software, click Remove from Baseline to the right of the baseline software.

Delete—Click the Delete icon for a device to delete the device from the list.
c.
Go to Step 11.

Select the device models on which you want to establish a baseline by using the software file you
have selected:
a.
Click Select Model.
The Device Model dialog box appears.
b.
Select one or more device series names and click OK.
All selected devices are displayed in the Select Device area. The list displays the following
information:

Device Model—Model of the device.
−
Device Model Check—Check result of whether or not the software file matches the device
model. The Identical value indicates that the software file matches the device model and
you can perform a baseline on the device. The Disaccord value indicates that the
software file does not match the device model and you cannot perform a baseline on the
device.
