Managing users

After a user is added to the user management module, operators can modify the user information, delete
the user, or move the user to another user group.
Operators can modify basic and additional information about a user to maintain the latest user

information.
Operators can also delete a user from the user management module. Once a user is deleted, all service
accounts applied by the user are also cancelled. Before you delete a user, make sure the service

accounts of the user are no longer needed. There are two methods for deleting a user:

Navigate to the Basic User Information page, and then click the Delete User link provided in the
Action menu on the page to delete the selected user. Or,

Navigate to the All Users page, select one or more users and then delete them by using the Delete
User option.

The user management module provides group-based management of users. Operators can move a user
from one user group to another. There are two methods for regrouping a user:

Navigate to the Basic User Information page, and then use the Move User option provided in the
Action menu on the page to move the selected user to a target user group. Or,

Navigate to the User List of a selected user group, and then use the Move User option provided in
the user list area to move the selected users to a target user group.
