Guest access operator
The guest users are managed by guest access operators. An IMC operator can configure users added to
user management module as guest access operators. In this way, an IMC operator does not need to
create, manage, and maintain the guest users by himself. Instead, an IMC operator just needs to
configure some users as the guest access operators. Then, these guest access operators can manage the
guest users.
When configuring a user as a guest access operator, you must configure another account and password
for the guest access operator. This account is only used for logging in to the guest access self-service
system.
When creating a guest access operator, you must specify the guest access user groups that the guest
access operator can manage, and configure a login control list. After you specify guest user access
groups for a guest access operator, the guest access operator can create guest accounts for the specified
groups. A login control list controls the position or area where the operator can log in to the guest access
self-service system.

Viewing the guest access operator list
To view the guest access operator list:
1. Navigate to Users > Guest Access Operator.
a. Click the User tab from the tabular navigation system on the top.
b. Click Guest Access Manager on the navigation tree on the left.
c. Click Guest Access Operator under Guest Access Manager from the navigation system on the
left.
2. IMC displays all guest access operators in the Guest Access Operator List displayed in the main
pane of the Guest Access Operator page.
• Login Name: Name that the guest access operator uses to log in to the guest access self-service
system. Click the login name link to enter the view guest access operator info page. For more
information, see " Viewing the guest access user group details ."
• User Name: Username of the guest access operator. A guest access operator is originated from a
user in the user management module. This field displays the name of the user in the user
management module. Click the username link to enter the page displaying basic user information.

• Description: Description of the guest access operator.
• View Log: Contains the link for entering the operation logs of the guest access operator. The
following operations are logged: the guest access operator logs in to or logs out of the guest access
